Cuevas Collalbas
is tranquility personified, nestling in the beautiful nature
reserves and national parks of Sierra de Baza, Granada, Andalucia.
This idyllic and forgotten part of Granada was, until 40 years
ago, full of small hamlets carved into the hills around the
lands formed by drying out the lake. Today restored and beautifully
updated, whilst maintaining the magic of a forgotten world
it is a luxurious, spacious cave home that lies in the picturesque
countryside near the town of Baza.
The cave takes its name from the beautiful
Wheatear songbird, found in great numbers in the area along
with many other beautiful birds including eagles catching
thermals high in the beautiful, clear blue sky.
The cave house is available all year round
and offers you a magnificent and unforgettable voyage back
to the depths of time in breathtakingly beautiful accommodation
formed by this unique way of life.
Located just 5 minutes drive from the typically
Spanish and bustling town of Baza the cave offers the perfect
balance of luxury, tranquility and activity.
Just
two minutes walk away from the magical Cuevas
Al Jatib hotel where you can experience the culinary delights
of Andalucia or pamper yourself in the magnificent Arabian
Baths.
Experience the real Spain!
