2. Winter long term lets ( 2 Months or more) – 500 euros

3. Changeover day is flexible
4. 20% deposit is required
5. Payment is accepted by Paypal or by cheque
20% deposit is required to confirm your
booking. The balance is required 4 weeks prior to the date
of your arrival. If you book within four weeks of your arrival
date, the total cost of you stay is required at the time of
booking.
Payment is accepted by PayPal (credit cards) or by cheque.
Once your booking is confirmed, you will be sent a confirmation
email and payment details.
Paul lives nearby so is always on-hand for any questions or
